Bad service and bad attitude

I am so ****ed at the service i got at exact store at Siyabuswa. I got to the shop at 16h51pm only to find the shop closed, of which it was suppose to close at 17h00. Called their emergency number at the door, someone assisted us to call the branch and then a very arrogant employee "Tshepho" came to speak to us . Firstly, he came with an attitude not to assist us but to prove a point. He then told us that the shop closes at 16h45 because they are not paid to trade until 5pm so we should beg him to open for us. Why would you write on your walls that you close at 17h00 then? I demand an apology from Tsepho, you dont speak to customers like that. If you are wrong, you just apologise and let things be. Should i not get that apology, im ready to take it further to Ombudsmen
