Bad service

The Exact store personnel at Seshego Circle are not customer centric , I believe that one does not lose anything by communicating with customers. The store was set to open at 9H00, but it just opened now, no communication, nothing, we are just passed by as if we are "boxes or something ". Personnel laughing and eating apples while moving from Markam and back? Is this how a paying customer should be treated? Called the call center and was told that there was nothing that they could do! Such service
