Bad service

I bought shoes online and the broke first day I wore them,sent them email DM on Facebook they never got back to me. Received the shoes on Friday wore them on a Sunday in church immediately I got off the car the shoe broke💔

I sent the pictures proof of payment but still no reply.

I will never trust their sale stuff if rejects.
