Bad service

Submitted cell phone insurance claim on the 01/04/2022 and made a follow up on the 04/04/2022 with their cell phone insurance claim department and found the claim was not submitted, so I went back to the store to check wat was happening and they said they are submitting my claim as I was there so as I don't have have a cellphone currently on the 07/04/2022 I call their cellphone insurance department to find out if there is anything needed I was so department told me again my claim was not submitted on their side I m still shocked with the bad service from the store. When I initially took this insurance product I thought it's hussle free but I m so disappointed
