Bad service

What a disastrous and unfriendly atmosphere at this store,no help / assistance from staff,they do not want to use telephonic engagements with customers which is totally unacceptable, asking for a certain garment and they refuse to even look properly for a garment / specific size.no customer etiquette at all....
