BAD SERVICE
I went to Exact Church Street in Pretoria yesterday after seeing a block heel and jeggings that I wanted to laybuy and I was told I cannot be assisted because the store room is full of laybuys and it will take them a long time to find my items when I want to collect. So, I'm a customer and I'm told my laybuy is not accepted because it will take time to find my items? This is bad service. I mean how is it even a customers problem that the store room is a mess?
