Bad service

I struggled to exchange a stained dress(inside) The guy first denied selling a dirty dress,then went on to smell it,then offered to take it to the dry cleaners. (check your footage-3/10/25@Randburg.) He even gave me a wrong name because Sabelo whom he claimed to be was actually the store manager.
