Bad service

<p>My Name is Neo I bought a cell phone at exact Pretoria Sammy Marks Square on the 25 September 2015, Hisence Glory U939 Black in colour Price R1149.00. On the 15 January 2016 the phone give me a problem with software and volume and power buttens I took it back to the store for repair the phone was fixed in a Month time. I used the Phone for 1 and a half Month after it was fixed. Around April 2016 it gave me a problem again I took it back to the store for repair again and the 19th May they called me and told me that the phone was fixed but when i got home trying to switch on the phone because i didn't have a sim card the phone was not fixed it had the same problem I have experienced January, problem of Software valume and power butten not working this time it was written boot the system. I took it back the following day the 20th May and I told them i dont want this Phone anymore as i believe it was factory folt not working at all....</p> <p>The phone is insured with the New IMEI *** </p>
