Bad experience with Exact Paarl store

I purchased a phone from them and in the same week the phones software gave a problem and the phone is slow when people phone I can't receive it is blank...I took insurance and brought the phone back in the 7 day trial now they refuse to give a new phone they didn't even explain how the insurance work,now I'm battling to get a new phone
