Bad experience, unforgettable horrible moment, Unprofessional, not putting customer first

<p>I open an exact account last year end of October I've never had a tfg account before, so I thought if opening one since I saw they sell nice kids clothes...so here goes my story I opened an account end of October paid my account on time never been a late payer or bad payer with them since November, today I went to purchase when I was paying I was told my account has expired and I was choked how did it expire cause I signed a twelve months contract.....and twelve months hadn't ended they told me because I started that I was on contract at the time I opened an account with them so contract has expired so I need to provide I letter stating that I'm now permanent....I was never told of that when I opened the account and even when I came to pay on 29th no one told me anything my contract stated 12 months no other discussion or what so ever information I got from exact.....I'm going to send the contract to my lawyer cause you've have bridged the contract and I still don't understand why you treating customers with such manners.....I am really ****ed off even to get a letter from you I didn't only a statement was sent....I am taking this seriously to the court .</p>
