Bad experience

I went to go pay my account at the Exact in Westgate and I was helped by a guy named Siphiwe(abit tall and dark). He was soo rude, I first greeted him and he just looked at me and his body language was just saying “how can I help you”. Well I found him busy with cellphone boxes and he continued with them until I told him I need help with paying for my account. He helped me with such a cold demeanour and I don’t think I deserved that. He should do better next time with other customers even if he’s having a bad day
