Bad customer services

<p>I went to the exact store in Westgate Shopping Mall looking in getting a pair of underwear for myself, I saw a nice pair of underwear for R160.00 and when I went to pay for it I then realized I took a Large and I need a Medium I went and took it when I got to the till point I was told it's R199.00, 1st cashier confirmed to me that it was marked incorrect and calls a store manager by the name of Michael and I explained my issue he then told he doesn't have time to play, and according to my understanding I was in the store to buy not to playabd he made fun of me Infront of his staff and customers. What kind of business is this were customers get told that they playing when they brought money. I will never buy from the store ever again. Michael is in a serious position at work so he needs to take customers serious. Something needs to be done with this matter or Exact will loose business.</p>
