Bad customer service from TFG store,, Exact including their customer service on top

I have received such bad customer experience from this store same as their customer service as well, I have wrote emails n calls nothing is happening, I went to one of their store at Ngebs city mthatha, saw a pair of Jean went to the till to pay, lady scanned the item then screamed and call someone well not call but loudly saying "this reprice is not done on this also" telling someone over the floor, then told me this item is not this price did I saw I said no I saw this price on the item not the others and told me to go and look to the others at the shelf which I have refused to do such and told me well unfortunately its this price now and she cnt give me with this price, I then asked for manager and told me long story, I asked for the supervisor then told me long story again well I asked the number to call then anyone who can help me that is when she took an old slip and pointed the customers care number which I called same time spoke to a lady who also didn't have clue of what she was telling me, which she ask me to go n call in the store which I did not wanna hear till she finally listened and wrote down the complain and told me I will hear something after 48hour which it passed I sent email also same time still nothing I have sent other mail yesterday still nothing I am really ****ed with all this it shows they really don't care bout their customers clearly.
