Bad customer service

I am an Exact account holder for the past 7 years and I am not happy with the service at Exact Mogwase North west Station road complex.I was at the store 2 months ago,inquiring to cancel a policy I was told the store does not have a phone went back after a month still no phone.Today I went there to make a payment the store was closed at 12:40 I asked the assistant why are they closed before 13:00 she said by 13:00 employees have to leave.I keep wasting money on taxifare.Really not happy.
