Bad customer service exact! Springs mall

The staff are so rude and had a nasty attitude when I asked if they have a white sneaker in a size 8 or 9 where the employee just said no without even bother to look or do the slightest effort in assisting me. Where as before they used to order whatever I wanted with no issue.. After having lost it due to his behaviour and attitude towards customer we asked for the manager which had the same arrogant attitude towards us to a point where we said straight to her she's not going to win this battle due to her lack of customer s****s as manager and after a lot argument she had agreed to find stock at the branch in tskana and still had no news of ordering the shoes I wanted that's been advertised all over the store this event happened at the springs mall exact!
