Bad customer service

Bad customer service from supervisor and staff from Exact Festival mall I went to buy a phone they advise it will take 10 min to get a phone from storage I agreed it took them 1hr 15 then later told me the phone is more than the price that is display saying promotion is starting tomorrow and it is a different network I advised its fine they can bring it another the phone is not there after 1:30'still didnt get what I was looking not happy with the service
