Bad customer service

I bought a phone in June at exact westgate mall and it had problems then took it back for repairing on the 07th July and I was told it wont take longer than a month. Waited for their call since then went back to the shop to ask I was told my phone is not yet back then waited and went back again then I was told my phone is back went back home to fetch the slip to get my phone back got there to be disappointed told my phone is not yet back. Sent my nephew to fetch it but he was told the phone went for repairing on Saturday 14 August.
