BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i swiped my card to purchase clothes the transaction went through ( money out in my acc) and they told me they did not get the transaction. maybe the money will return in 24hrs and still nothing. they said they will call in the morning to let me know about the progress but nothing. i left the store with nothing, usually when the transaction doesn't go through it reverses immediately , now i have to travel unnecessarily to the shop for nothing. this is nonsense and unacceptable, Jerida the cashier has a nerve to say its not the first time, and what did they ****en do about it?? petrol is expensive i cant be traveling for ****!
