bad customer service

<p>went into the shop lookig for a shoe ,when i asked for the size they said they dont have.I then asked if they could please search in other branches they then asked where they must get it.......i then asked if they could scall other stores to keep it for me as they said they could not have it delievered this side they then siad their number is not working so i just need to make a plan.So i would like to know if that is really customer service </p>
