Bad customer service

The service i received from exact westgate mall is shocking Cashier Thuli was busy with her own things together with her manager and had to wait a while before one can be assisted to pay by the counter Then she starts arguing with me that they dont accept the voucher i had but i asked before and she said they accept My shopping was the worst experience ever i dont think i will ever shop there again
