Bad customer experience redeemed !

On the 23 January 2019, I popped in at the Exact store in Zevenwacht Mall , Kuils River. I received the most pathetic customer service,the store assistant was the most clueless individual I have ever encountered. Basically, a shirt was marked down, but scanned at a higher price. Said store assistant refused to give me the shirt at marked down price. (there were 10 shirts, exactly the same, all marked down !) I subsequently sent an email to TFG Customer service, not expecting much. To my surprise, I receive a call a few days later, a customer service representative (I think her name was Chantal) apologised profusely for the bad service I encountered. I was also invited to pop through to the closest Exact store to me and choose any shirt , and at a 75% discount ! This was really a brilliant gesture and was appreciated. It also restored my confidence in Exact !
