Bad customer and *****ulent

On the 25 of July 2025 I bought clothes @ Exact Jabulane and I take back one item back for cash so on that exactly same when I return that item they told me my money will be transferred back into my bank till today i haven't received my money back and i went more than five times to find out what is going why my money is not transferred..
