Bad Bad Service

I do not know if this how Exact normally treats their customers or what because i do not have account with them and I will never have one with this Store and I appeal to all South Africans not to open any accounts or associate themelves with this Store. My late father had an account with this amateur store for many years before he passed away a month ago. We went to one of their pathetic branches to claim. We filled in the claim forms as they requested. They faxed them to Head Office. I am very suprised that its been almost a month now and I have not received any communication from them regarding the claim. What a waste of time. All other stores where my father had accounts already contacted me regarding the death claims i made with them but EXACT. Now, I do not really care whether you contact me or not. My aim is to warn the public about you guys. South Africa DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH EXACT. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING.
