Bad attitude /Bad customer 😡

What a disappointing and rude service I received today from Exact Canal Walk today lady called Noluntu that was assisting me with my return. She was taking cards only I told her I'm going to do a return I paid with a card. She was disruptive as my card was a cheque account I think the money declined for a refund.She had a stinking attitude said she can't do cash refund. Her supervisor came try to assist but she was talking back and saying that is why she didn't want to take me I insisted. I told her on the first go she had a bad attitude I ignored her but now she is talking about me as if I am some kind stupid fool who can't hear what she is saying. I think she needs to do better or better yet go to customer service training. She did not even apologise she was just ready with her bad attitude and making funny faces because she's serving a follow black lady just like her that meant she can speak to me in such manner.
