bad attitude at kerk street,the whole store

the customer service i got at exact kerk street is bad,ive never experienced so much bad service in my life ever since ive used tfg stores. the service is so bad from entering the door of that place by the time you get to a cashier you dont want to be in that place. the place had a line because only one cashier was working. when i got to the cashier her attitude was so bad i was even scared to ask or buy,can you please take her to exact the glen mall so that she can learn customer service. the glen mall is so great with customer service that they even master packing the clothes for you in the plastic bag. the cashiers name who gave me an attitude is Araba,she was eating chappies so the attitude leveled up with the gum. i tried to explain to her what i wanted to do but she kept telling me that i dont even have funds in my account so i dont have a say and i cant do anything so i couldnt do what i wanted to do. can the exact kerk street keep up with all the other exacts. my husband was also complaining about that exact. even the managers at that place are bad. please assist
