arrogance
<p>On the 14th May I went to enquire about my card at exact and I found the most rude and arrogant lady to help me . Her name is Nurse ooh lord have mercy, she basically left us waiting for her while she ran off to the back lord knows maybe she forgot to switch of the kettle. Then she comes back after a few minutes reaches under the counter and comes up with a hand full of bread and starts eating infront of us. REALLY how arrogant can you get, she really put a hell of a bitter taste about this shop. I honestly cant wait to pay it off and close it. </p>
