Angry customer at Exact Hebron Mall

I bought a phone at exact November 2024, it gave me problems within 7 days I sent it back they told me they don't have the powers to give me a new one so it went for repairs after two weeks I got a call from them that they replaced it with a new one, same day I told home then returned it the following day with the same problem they again took it to repairs received again after a week that it was fixed took it home but still experienced the same problem so as I am sitting I am still waiting. It's been more than a month now still waiting for a phone that I paid for which I never had a chance to enjoy not even for a day
