Account ruining my credit report

my exact account was handed over to SHRIVES INCORPORATED. I paid off my account on the 27th of May 2024 and TFG is refusing to close it or remove without a paid-up letter. SHRIVES INCORPORATED is saying I will only get a paid-up letter after 90days yet I have made a full payment. the account is ruining my credit report. this is not fair at all because I have paid what was owed to them in full. why should I then suffer even though I have done right by them. this is ruining my credit score that I am trying to build. I am very disappointed in Foschini Group. I have sent them a statement I got from SHRIVES INCORPORATED, showing I have made payments and there's no outstanding amounts, but I haven't got any response as yet.
