Account payment

A few months back i paid up my Exact account , however my account was not closed, and then charges ran up for mags etc. why this was happening i have no idea. they have now handed my account over to a legal team for a R150.00.which i then took up with the store in which i opened my account which was in bellville.the store manager told me that they will reverse the charges as they made the mistake.i mean i paid them just under R3000 to pay up my account and i was never a bad payer on my account as well.now for a silly R150 they handed me over!how does this make any sense.the collectors now wants me to call the customer service to make arrangements,why do i have to they are eager to take my money but now for a R150 they want to do this to me.i will never open an account with them EVER!nor will a recommend anyone to.lets see if anyone will even bother to respond to this!as i dont see why i need to make any calls when this is there mistake!
