Account closure

I have had a bad experience with TFG account, last months paid off my account and phoned the customer service to close my account and I was told this will be done the next month and my statement will update then but to my surprise when I checked the balance now it has accrued interest, I sent an email to customer service again and no one has responded to me. I closed other shop accounts with no stress but this TFG has just been difficult for no reason. Any person planning on opening an account from this store please do not and I have see a lot of bad reviews from people and no response from TFG which means they are aware of this and choosing to ignore
