A very unpleasant time shopping

My mom, daughter and I went to look for winter shoes at Exact store, in Cradock, Eastern Cape. And the service was utterly atrocious, we stood in line, with only one other customer in front of us, for at least 30 minutes. While we listened to the cashier and this customer incessantly talk about where to get their hair done, after what seemed like a lifetime I finally told my mom that we should probably just leave and go to another store, and that was when the cashier finally rang up this other customer's items and helped us, with not even a smile on her face. Their service is awful, they have two tills and it's always just one till working, on top of that the cashier spends that much time talking about hair with a customer. I don't think I will be shopping there again.
