I didn't like the services the offered me in exact clothing cbd Johannesburg,kerk street some lady by the name of Ruth was so rude and unprofessional, surely no customer service training was provided for her because I wanted to change an item I bought since the size was wrong she accused me of looting and didn't assist me at all,I lost the slip but asked her to bring my bank statement as a proof since the purchase was made with my bank card, I demand this matter to be delt with immediately RUTH is so unprofessional .
