Exact Secureador

I ordered 2 fly screens from them. They take 3 weeks to install, when I queried he said that the email never went through. I forgave him. 3 weeks later I asked again was told the courier needs to drop it off the next 2 days. Well 5 days later. He arrives to install just before Christmas only to see he made a mistake and the factory made a mistake but willing to refund. That was the 19th December. He now does not answer any calls or never responds to any whattsapp messages. I've waiting for a refund that is not forth coming. Please be very weary of John Knell. Deposit paid 18th October. So 2 months to deliver and then it's wrong and a month now and no refund.
