Pathetic service

I was given two XL t- shirts as a birthday gift last Saturday 9th September. I tried to exchange the shirts today 16th September for a XXL but was refused an exchange without a receipt. The tags with all the info wasn't even removed from the shirts. I didn't want money back, just an exchange. The managers policy apparently overrides the consumer act. My wife and daughters spends thousands every year at this pathetic store......
