Worst service in the history of mankind.

I have literally never had worse service in my entire life.

- They have not fulfilled countless promises to come out and fix a problem to which they are responsible to fix. We have been trying to get them to come fix our fan since 30 April 2019. Its now 4 months later. Each time I manage to get them on the phone or get a reply to an email they make another promise that they don't pull through on. - ********** customer service - they do not reply to emails in a timely matter, sometimes not even at all. - When they did reply it was after i threatened to take the matter publicly.

I have now had it from these people. do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Also needless to say i would not use them ever again and wish i didnt have to tolerate this anymore but unfortunately we need our CoC from them and they need to come and fix their s***.
