Bad aftersales service from Exact Cape Construction

Please dont make use of this company to build you a home or anything else. I built a house and after completion the roof started leaking. The roof is guaranteed for five years after completion. We tried on numerous occassions to get them to repair it but only received promises. Even reported them to Master Builders South Africa without any joy either. The owner of the business is David Welsh. He made lots of promises without fixing the problem. At the end i had to get it fixed myself
