Ec online loan is a big ****

Hi i want to log a complaint regarding this company they phoned me to offer a loan so i agreed on taking out one just to free off all my accounts then even asked me to approve everything on my bank and said they will get back to me after 48 hours its now gone 1 week they phone numbers dont work they never reply on whats app or email
