I moved out of their apartment building by metro city flats in Hillbrow in December 2024,and I have been trying to get my deposit back since then

I moved out of their apartment building by metro city flats in Hillbrow in December 2024,and I have been trying to get my deposit back since then . I have been given the run around and when you call their offices the receptionist tells you that she can't do anything except to relay message because they work from home . When I ask to speak to a superior I am told there isn't any in the offices as they work from home ,I lived in that building doe 17 years and paid my rent monthly ,but today I am being ignored simply because they cannot pay my deposit .
