Greedy Landlord

I moved out 4 days before my waiting period on the 26th May 2018. Its the 16th of July and these people are giving me excuses after excuses to refund my deposit money. Was told the Directors will be back on the 27th. They charge you for assessment, building lights, meter reading charges , maintenance charges every month. You constantly get stuck in the elevator, I moved in and some rooms didn't even have globes in nor were there board doors or well functioning cupboard doors. My bathroom door was damaged, taps damaged, security door was hard to open, nothing was ever fixed in 6 months of my stay there. After I put in my 1 month notice they dropped the apartments renting price by 15%.
