Horrific Product and Service

If I could give a zero I seriously would. We bought one of their products and there must be something extremely wrong with it as both my significant other and I had adverse effects from it. You turn completely red, you itch, your skin is sensitive, it burns like hell. This lasts for a good hour or two. In which you can't continue regular tasks.

I contacted them via Facebook, Email, Website enquiries, and Twitter. My Facebook messages were seen and not responded to. I want answers and certainly a refund for this nonsense.
