Worst service ever

Worst ever service. First we waited forever to receive the rollbar that we ordered. When it finally came it did not fit. We asked before ordering whether it would fit and was assured that it would. When we put in a query as to why it was not fitting we were told we need to come in to Centurion so that they could fit it themselves. We are situated in the Free State that is why we had it delivered in the first place, it is too far to travel. Then I was told that if I wanted a refund I first needed to return the rollbar in its original packaging before I will receive my refund otherwise I will send them back a "sak patats". This is exactly what I received after paying immediately in good faith. A sak patats.
