Very POOR Service

Shocking service, communication, and delivery never happened, the courier lost the parcel and had to beg for a reply and then had to follow up with the courier myself. Instead of just replacing the order and delivering what they promised, I had to request a refund, it has been since December that I have waited for my purchase and over a week for the refund, with no reply to emails being sent. Will certainly never recommend them.
