Poor service and takes long to despatch orders

Cecil Doyle. I have placed an order of 7 items on 19th March. On the 27th March I still have not received anything. I phoned them and they confirmed that the order is ready to be dispatch on 27th March. I have have ordered another 3 items to be dispatch with the first order. On 5th April I still have not received anything. I contacted them again and was informed that they are still waiting for 1 item from oversees and it can take long. I have then decided to cancel everything and to be refunded. On the 6th April they have refunded me with part of the amount and today 20th April the balance of my purchases is still not in my account.
