dissatisfied with their customer care. and no delivery

I ordered a tow bar 2 weeks ago though on their catalogue it says 2 -4 business days they are rude and do not commit on delivery dates manager does not respond to customers. till date I wait for an order I placed on the 26th of February with no commitment date or response from them
