Bad service and response time

Very very BAD experiece with EVOREVO4x4. Order was placed and payment was made on the 20th Of November 2024. On Thursday 28 Nov 2024 Evorevo promissed that item will be courier on this day. I asked Evorevo to send parcel with courier guys as a urgent delivery due the my client goiing on leave on 29 Nov 2024, Evorevo sent the Parcel with Fastway Couriers instead and up to now no sign of the item. Fastway couriers send me a notification that parcel will only be delivered in 3 days time. It will take 14 days for a item that was paid in full to be delivered to my place. No communication at all - I have to phone every time and only get empty promisses.
