I was Done wrong and ignored

<p>I am upset all of you know Xbox live for 12 months is not cheap. i got one form Evopoints. and no where was a discalimer a code needs to be used in 48 to be able to assist if its fualty or not usable, my code was all save in my emails. and on the 10th /07/2016 i wanted to use my code whaaaat to find out it was used alredy ( resold) i have comfirmed with MS it was used and not by my account and got a case number i gave it toEvopoints, they said they have followed up and wil take 7days. i chated with MS again and it was not done i have emailed them they ignore me i do the live chat and they close the chat on me after 2 or 3 messages. i was one of the bad luck where my code was resold, they are implaying i resold my code or stupid thatmy emails was hacked. witch is not likely. i am sitting with out this and is going to be force to sell my concel becuse i only play on line and saved up for the gold and i cant get another one for about a year or two so im forced to sell. and worst of all they not replaying only replay i got was implaying im am a ******* and sold my code and trying to get lucky and getting another code. and that there support them will escelate it.</p>
