Paid for treadmill but never received it.

I saw an ad on Instagram about Evon Fitness selling treadmills. I checked their website and it seemed legit. I had been looking for a particular treadmill for months and when I saw it on their IG ad I enquired via email. I was told they had it in stock and I purchased one. The sales manger Namita Sandra said she would send the treadmill once payment was received and I agreed to pay. She said the treadmill would take 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. She also said she would send me a waybill number. It’s been a month and I haven’t received anything. She doesn’t respond to emails and her phone number is off. I tried calling this morning and she answered and when I said who I was she ended the call and when I called again it just rings and goes to voicemail. I even enquired at my bank to do a funds recall but it only works if the recipient agrees to it so there goes my hard earned cash. I am absolutely disgusted at this and cannot believe I didn’t do more research. Pls pls pls check this site before you buy from someone that you haven’t bought from before. I regret this so much and wish I had at least checked Hello Peter before engaging.
