ONLINE BUSINESS- TOOK PAYMENT, NO DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATIONS

''Namita Sandra'' the Sales Manager does not take calls, nor respond to emails. I purchased a treadmill online 9July. I was sent the invoice for eft within few hours of my query. Once i paid she sent me message that she will send me delivery schedule soon. Still not received delivery schedule. The turn-around time is 2-3 working days from once payment is received. I followed up with her after a week and she told me on the phone that they going to do a trip to Johanesburg by tomorrow. I then felt assured by update. After few more days i tried calling and emailing and then no response (13July).When i searched for their profile on facebook i saw 2 other people complained and have not received their gym equipment. The website says they based in Polokwane but its unknown of the actual offices. It shows a map in Bloemfontein of a ''warehouse'' but also this may be ****.There is only cell no, *** which is permanently on voicemail. The website seems very legit as they have links to social media and testimonials. Very high priced equipment being sold too. I transfered R5398 including admin fee of r199. I saved my hard earned money and feel so upset.I feel as if i have been victim of online **** business. I regret that i did not research them fully. I am worried about my banking details. Do not buy from EVON FITNESS. I have to report this to my bank im scared they will ***** my funds. If they please just send me my refund and keep the treadmill. Please answer the phone Namita and send me my refund.
