Evon Fitness (Pty) Ltd

I purchased a spinning bike and dumbbells from Fitness (Pty) Ltd which is based in Polokwane. When they had to courier my purchase their preferred courier wanted a 12.5% fee( that’s the refundable insurance and admin fee which amounted to roughly R12k). Money which one doesn’t have lying around during these difficult times. This came as a shocker to me as during the time of purchase Evon Fitness (Pty) Ltd didn’t mention anything pertaining to addition costs to courier my purchase.

So after waiting for 5 days to get my refund, I decided to give them a ring to find out the status of my refund as I couldn’t afford the R12k fee. Namita who is the Sales Manager said they will use another courier company and she will ensure that I get my order as soon as possible. 3 days later guess what she is not answering any of my phone calls...
