PATHETIC SERVICE / NON SERVICE

Horrible experience with the company, have purchased the product for a few years and enjoyed the product... I approached the company to become a supplier of their products and they agreed, sent me application forms which I completed and returned, I was then sent price lists etc. I was then told to place my orders to a specific email address which I did, only to wait more than 3 weeks after atleast 12 phone calls and a few emails to which I had no response etc. called last Thursday and was transferred to the owner, who told me in a very rude manner trying to get on off the phone as quick as possible that I will not be supp**** as I do not have a store. this was discussed and completed on the application forms which they accepted, it was also discussed before the application process. The owner abruptly ends the call telling me he has no time for this, I then call back and ask for names as I would complain etc. shortly after Geoff the manager / employee calls me to advise that they were given authority to supply individuals by their auditors which is why it was accepted and later on told they could not due to it not being lawful. At this point I have already informed all of my clients and sent out pricelists, doesn't make me look good at all. despite the current order awaiting delivery. I Totally understood that it wasn't possible as if it is a law they were breaking I didn't want any part in it aswell. i have no clue how a company could send out such information such as a pricelist, knowing full well their profit margins i will no longer use this product as i am worried about the quality. I said an apology will do, to which Geoff said there is absolutely nothing to apologize about, terribly rude and also trying to get rid of me asap. Then proceeded to tell me if I have a registered business we could continue the process.

At this point if the owner and manager could not understand where they had messed up and apologize, be rude and arrogant, I did not want any part in the business and product.
